For first‑time subscriptions to any of our Products, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided you have not substantially used the Product. "Substantial use" includes, but is not limited to, completing a significant portion of an exam preparation course, generating more than 50 AI responses, or downloading content that would normally be restricted after consumption.

We do not offer partial refunds or pro‑rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription term. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the Product until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
