Some Products are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the Subscription plan you select. Payments are processed through our third‑party payment processor, Paddle. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value‑added taxes.
We may offer free trials for certain Products. Unless you cancel your Subscription before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fee. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Product until the end of your current billing period.
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details regarding refunds. In general, we offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or for add‑ons already consumed.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APHERIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
